This action-packed weekend will include free competitions, non-stop cutting edge classes, 400 companies with the newest in fitness, diet, nutrition, strength and wellness products and services and tons of free samples!

Trying to eat right? The Healthy Living Pavilion will feature a variety of seminars and healthy cooking demonstrations with leading experts as well an assortment of innovative products available to sample and purchase.
Ready to sweat? Come dressed to work out as TheFitExpo’s Training Zone offers free express workouts and fitness challenges daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Group Exercise Stage. The area’s top pros will offer sessions in POUND, R.I.P.P.E.D., Rockout Workout, GROOV3, One Stop Bodyshock, PlyoJam, LexTwerkOut, and Celebrity Sweat. Plus, ZUMBA® is front and center at the Expo. On Saturday, there will be special ZUMBA workshop training sessions that will cover the foundation and formula to teach a ZUMBA Class and on Sunday, STRONG by Zumba®, the advance high intensity training with the science of Synced Music Motivation (advance registration with separate ticket required).
FitnessFest is coming to the Expo! Learn about total body conditioning, group fitness, weight loss, core training, bootcamp, metabolism, kickboxing, fat burning, movement mechanics and more from top international presenters, fitness celebrities and industry legends while earning up to 16 CECs in one weekend at FitnessFest at TheFitExpo.
The Fit2beKids Youth Fitness Festival will be at both days of TheFitExpo. Presented by Fit2beKids, an active member of the South Orange County Childhood Obesity Prevention Task Force, this event-within-an-event is dedicated to providing relevant information, experience-based learning, activities, and education about fighting childhood obesity. Activities will include Crossfit Kids, Armed Forces Heroes Challenge, Mobile Garden, Family Cooking Class, Dance Class, High School Cook-Off, Family Fitness Class, and more.
Attendees will want to “dress to impress” as Fitness STAR International Model Search & My Best Self, presented by Fitness Star, will bring its unique model search, Sunday on TheFitExpo fitness stage. Categories include lingerie, athletic apparel, bikini, swimwear, evening gown and male muscular.
Adult admission tickets are $30 per day or $45 for the full weekend. Tickets for children 12 years and under are $10 per day and children under 6 are admitted free. Show hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Discount coupons are available at participating Ralphs, GNC, Subway, and participating gyms. Plenty of parking is available.
